Henderson Village Property Owners Association (HVPOA) is the Master association. The 3 neighborhoods, The Arbors, Somerset, and Henderson Place Condos all have their own sub-associations, rules & regulations. All remaining streets, sub-associations and retail properties pay into the Master HVPOA association. All homeowners associations are mandatory with annual assessments, perpetual covenants, and architectural standards. HVPOA oversees the standards for the 4 streets and retail properties. Working together with our sub-association partners, our goal is to keep our community looking good in order to maintain our home values in this rapidly growing area.

Our school cluster consists of Manning Oaks Elementary, Hopewell Middle School and Alpharetta High School. The Fulton School System was recently rated "One of the Top 100 School Districts in Places You Can Afford" by Money Magazine.

The City of Alpharetta has many community activites with parks and recreations scattered throughout. From art fairs in Alpharetta Square to the Old Soldiers Day Parade, Henderson Village is located minutes from all the action.

We encourage you to join the bi-monthly board meeting. The meeting is held the 2nd Tuesday of even numbered months via teleconference and in-person at the Somerset clubhouse. You may request the information by sending an email to the HVPOA board. Click here to request meeting info.
