Henderson Village Property Owners Association (HVPOA) is made up of volunteer homeowners who, like you, want to ensure consistency and positive home values in our wonderful neighborhood. The Master Board, Architectural Control Committee, and Landscape Committee are required (based upon the statutes contained within the community Master Covenants) and have a binding authority to maintain and enforce the bylaws.

Bi-monthly meetings are open to all homeowners and are held the second Tuesday of even numbered months. Meetings are held via teleconference as well as in-person at the Somerset clubhouse. HVPOA uses the community management company Homeside Properties to handle community financial administration and covenant administration.
